What types of land do you buy?

Answer: We purchase all types of vacant land across North and South Carolina, including rural acreage, timber parcels, residential lots, inherited property, and land with existing structures or mobile homes. We buy land as‑is.

Do I need a real estate agent?

Answer: No. We are direct buyers. Selling through an agent often requires signing a lengthy listing agreement, paying commissions, and waiting months for a buyer. When you work directly with us, there are no agent commissions.  

 Are there any fees or hidden costs?

Answer: Absolutely not. We cover all transaction fees, including title searches, escrow services, and document preparation, so the offer we present is the amount you’ll receive. There are no listing fees, advertising costs, or other expenses to worry about. 

 How long does the process take?

Answer: Many of our transactions close within 30 days. Because we pay cash and don’t rely on bank financing, we can move quickly. Once you accept our offer, we will open escrow immediately. If you need more time to close, we can be flexible. 

 What if there are back taxes, liens or unpaid HOA fees?

Answer: We routinely buy land with back taxes, liens, or unpaid HOA dues. In most cases, we negotiate these amounts as part of our offer and handle them at closing. You’ll never have to pay out‑of‑pocket to sell your land to us.

 What if I don’t have the deed or paperwork?

Answer: That’s okay. We prepare the necessary documents for the transaction and obtain records from county offices. You don’t need to locate an original deed; a new deed will be created by the closing attorney as part of the purchase. 

 What if the title isn’t clear or there are multiple owners?

Answer: We order a professional title search and have experience resolving complex title issues. Whether the property is in probate, has multiple heirs, or contains liens, we work through the details and ensure the title is clear.
