With a deep understanding of the local market and more than 20 years living in the area, Stacy focuses on positioning land for its highest and best use, guiding projects from initial acquisition through development with a strategic, results-driven approach.
Stacy lives in Fort Mill and is a proud mother of three and recently became a grandmother. She shares her home with her two Bengal cats and remains deeply connected to the communities she serves. Through her work with the Galante Group, she continues to support builders and developers with thoughtful planning and efficient execution, contributing to long-term growth and expanded housing opportunities across the region.
Whitney Zydonik is an Operations Manager specializing in land acquisition and residential development strategy. She focuses on identifying high-potential properties, interpreting zoning and development guidelines, and positioning sites for their highest and best use. With a background in new construction and real estate operations, Whitney brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to every project—supporting efficient workflows from initial land assessment through build-out.
A North Carolina native, Whitney lives in Charlotte with her husband and their two dogs. She is passionate about thoughtful, community-minded growth and enjoys being part of projects that contribute to the long-term success of the areas they serve.
